Help with Post4You.

Email support@post4you.ai. Include the email address associated with your Post4You account and a short description of the problem. Never send your social-media password.

On post4you.ai, open the Accounts page; in the mobile app, open the Connected Accounts screen. Select the connected Instagram account and choose Disconnect; this deletes the authorization Post4You stored for that account. You can also remove Post4You's access from your Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites.

On post4you.ai, open the Accounts page; in the mobile app, open the Connected Accounts screen. Select the connected TikTok account and choose Disconnect. You can also revoke access from TikTok's own security settings.

You can delete your account yourself: in the iOS app, open Settings and tap Delete account; on post4you.ai, open Settings and use Delete account under Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, sources, generated posts, uploads, templates, and any data received from connected social platforms (including Instagram and TikTok), and disconnects linked social accounts. If you can no longer sign in, email support@post4you.ai from your account email and we will delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
