Delete your Post4You account and data.

• Open the Settings tab.
• Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

• Sign in at post4you.ai and open Settings from the navigation.
• Under Danger zone, choose Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting your account removes, right away:

• Your profile and login.
• Your sources, generated posts, slides, and captions.
• Uploaded images, saved backgrounds, templates, and editor preferences.
• Connected social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and the authorizations you granted Post4You. We ask the platform, or Post for Me for accounts connected through it, to revoke the authorization at the same time. You can also remove Post4You yourself from the platform's connected apps settings.
• Any data Post4You received from those platforms about your account.

Posts you already published to LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok stay on those platforms. Post4You cannot remove them for you; delete them on the platform if you want them gone.

• Billing records we are required to retain for accounting, with the link to your account removed. Subscription records stay with our payment processors (RevenueCat and Apple) under their own retention rules.
• Residual copies in encrypted database backups and hosting logs expire within 30 days. Error reports, which can include your account email, are kept for up to 90 days.
• Product analytics identified only by an internal ID, which expire on the analytics provider's schedule. Post for Me may keep a record of the connection under its own privacy policy.
• Support emails you sent us, and anything we must keep longer to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud.

Data held by the social platforms themselves is governed by their privacy policies.

Export your carousels from the editor first if you want to keep them. To request a copy of the data we hold about you, email support@post4you.ai before deleting; we answer within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Post4You Pro subscription. Before you delete, cancel it where you subscribed: in the iOS app under Settings, in your Apple ID subscriptions, or through Manage subscription on the web Billing page. The app shows your renewal date and a cancel link before you confirm.

Removing Post4You from your Instagram account's Apps and Websites settings also tells us to delete that connection through Meta's data deletion callback; you receive a confirmation code and a status page. That removes the Instagram connection only. To delete your whole Post4You account, use the steps above.

Email support@post4you.ai from the address on your account. We verify that the request comes from that address before acting on it, and we complete the deletion within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
