Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Post4You: the mobile app and the website at post4you.ai (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Post4You turns content you provide (pasted text, article links, screenshots) into social media post drafts using AI, and lets you edit, export, and publish them. AI output can be inaccurate. Review everything before you post it. You are responsible for what you publish.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the Service generates for you. You give us only the permissions needed to operate the Service (storing, processing, and sending your content to the AI models and social platforms you connect). Only upload content you have the right to use.

Plans, limits, and subscriptions

The free plan includes limited daily usage and adds a small “Made with Post4You” end card to exports. Post4You Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($12.99/month or $79.99/year, or the local equivalent) purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account; the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your device’s App Store subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Pro usage is subject to fair-use limits shown in the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, to violate the terms of the social platforms you publish to, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service itself.

Connected social accounts

Publishing requires connecting social accounts via our publishing provider. You authorize the Service to post on your behalf only when you explicitly publish, schedule, or queue a post. You can disconnect accounts at any time in the app.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination and changes

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app or on the web. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; if a change is material we’ll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
